It runs in late September at Santa Anita Park and is a 1 1/4 mile race for 3-year-old and older fillies and mares over. It's run on the turf and is a "Win and You're In" race for the Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Turf.
It has been won by fillies such as Emollient, Marketing Mix, Dubawi Heights, Wait a While (twice), Nashoba's Key, Megahertz, Fiji, Sabin and Kilijaro.
