A 1 1/16 mile dirt race for horses 3-years and older, the Monmouth Cup is held at Monmouth Park every summer. Since 1977 winners of the race include Spectacular Bid, Slewpy, Broad Brush, Wild Again, Marquetry, Alysheba, Gander, Arson Squad and Valid.
