Run each year at Santa Anita on the downhill turf course over 6 ½ furlongs, the Las Cienegas Handicap is open to fillies and mares 4-years and older. Two-time Breeders’ Cup Turf Sprint winner Mizdirection won this race each of the years she won the Breeders’ Cup (2012, 2013) while Unzip Me, Heat Haze, Dance Parade, Flower Girl and Imperial Star are all on the winners’ list.
