A premier race for sprinter fillies and mares aged four and older, the Humana Distaff is run on the Kentucky Derby undercard at Churchill Downs. The race is a seven furlong event and has been a Grade 1 since 2002. Its winners include Dream Supreme, Sightseek, Mayo On the Side, Hystericalady, Informed Decision and Groupie Doll. Jockey Pat Day has seven wins in the race including every year from when the race was created in 1987 to 1991.
