Run at Churchill Downs in late June, the Fleur de Lis is run at 1 1/8 miles (nine furlongs) on the dirt for filly and mares 3 and older. First graded in 1988, the race has been run at its current distance since 1982. Multiple trainers have won the race three times and horses such as Spain, You, Adoration, Hystericallady, Rachel Alexandra and Royal Delta have all won the race since 2000.
