Three-year-old racehorses take center stage on Kentucky Derby Presented by Woodford Reserve weekend in Louisville, and the $1.25 million Grade 1 Longines Kentucky Oaks May 5 is the marquee race for 3-year-old fillies in the United States.

The best fillies in the division take their shot in the “run for the lilies,” with more than 100,000 fans in attendance at Churchill Downs, and the 1 1/8-mile test has served as a springboard to stardom in recent years for top female racehorses such as Rags to Riches, Rachel Alexandra, Blind Luck, Untapable, Monomoy Girl, and Malathaat. With that in mind, let’s take a closer look at the rising stars lined up for the 2023 Kentucky Oaks with a nice profile image, workout image, and racing image when available for the hopefuls for this year’s race.
