Knightsbridge

Knightsbridge began his career win a win in his only start as a 2-year-old on Nov. 4, 2023, at Churchill Downs. He then won his 3-year-old debut on March 28 at Gulfstream Park over allowance optional claiming company. He only made one more start that calendar year when he finished third in the Grade 3 Perryville Stakes at Keeneland on Oct. 19.

Knightsbridge got back into the winner's circle again as a 4-year-old when he recorded his third lifetime victory in his fifth career start in an allowance optional claiming race at Aqueduct on Nov. 22, 2025. That win propelled him back up against stakes competition in his next start when he ended 2025 in style with a dominant front-running win as the 1-5 favorite in the Grade 3 $150,000 Mr. Prospector Stakes going seven furlongs on Dec. 27 at Gulfstream Park. 

Knightsbridge continued his impressive winning ways into his 5-year-old season when he kicked off his promising 2026 campaign with a victory in the Grade 3 $175,000 Fred W. Hooper Stakes presented by Visit Lauderdale going one mile on the main track at Gulfstream Park on Jan. 24, 2026. Sent off as the 4-5 favorite in a field of eight in the Hooper, Knightsbridge dueled for the lead with the previously undefeated Life and Times much of the way until outclassing that rival and the rest of the field enroute to a 4 3/4-length victory. Knightsbridge came back and won again in his next start on Feb. 28 in the Grade 3 $225,000 Gulfstream Park Mile, easily topping a five-horse field as the 1-5 favorite.

Knightsbridge is trained by Bill Mott for Godolphin. He was bred in Kentucky by the sire Nyquist out of the dam Tyburn Brook by Bernardini.
