This upcoming weekend is one of the busiest on the road to the 2024 Kentucky Derby Presented by Woodford Reserve, with four qualifying points prep races scheduled. Three of the preps offer a total of 105 points distributed to the top five finishers that are good for reserving a spot in the May 4 Kentucky Derby starting gate: the Coolmore Fountain of Youth Stakes at Gulfstream Park, the Gotham Stakes at Aqueduct, and the San Felipe Stakes at Santa Anita Park. The remaining prep offers a total of 42 Derby points to the first five: the John Battaglia Memorial Stakes at Turfway Park.

All four of these preps were originally scheduled to be run Saturday, March 2, but the San Felipe and other graded stakes races such as the Santa Anita Handicap Presented by Yaamava’ Resort & Casino were moved to Sunday, March 3, after Santa Anita canceled its Saturday card due to a forecast of heavy rain.

The Fountain of Youth will be showcased on NBC Sports’ 1/ST Racing Tour series during a Saturday program that starts at 5 p.m. ET airing on CNBC. The show will also be streamed live on Peacock.

The Gotham will be televised during Saturday’s “America’s Day at the Races” show along with other races from Aqueduct and Oaklawn Park. NYRA-produced “America’s Day at the Races” runs from Friday through Sunday on Fox Sports – check the below schedule for channels and air times.

Those two races plus the John Battaglia Memorial Saturday evening and then the San Felipe on Sunday will also be shown live on FanDuel TV as part of their comprehensive daily package, along with other races from Gulfstream, Santa Anita, Turfway, and tracks such as Fair Grounds and Golden Gate Fields.

Horse racing from tracks around the world is available to subscribers on Racetrack Television Network (RTN), which can be livestreamed on all devices (computer, tablet and smartphone) and on TV via DISH Network, Amazon Fire and Roku.
