The upcoming week in horse racing is a busy one, highlighted by horse racing's annual celebration of the best of the best as well as two Kentucky Derby Presented by Woodford Reserve qualifying points races. On Saturday, Jan. 30, Gulfstream Park hosts the Holy Bull Stakes and Santa Anita Park hosts the Robert B. Lewis Stakes. Both preps offer qualifying points for the 147th Derby on May 1 to the top four finishers on a 10-4-2-1 scale.

The Holy Bull and the Robert B. Lewis will both be televised on TVG as part of their usual coast-to-coast coverage.

The popular NYRA-produced “America’s Day at the Races” program is back in full swing, slated to broadcast races from Aqueduct, Oaklawn Park, and other tracks. Presented by America’s Best Racing and Claiborne Farm, the show will run on FS1 and FS2 Saturday, Jan. 30 and Sunday, Jan. 31.

In addition to the racing coverage, the 50th annual Eclipse Awards will be held on Thursday, Jan. 28. The event will be a virtual affair due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, anchored by NBC Sports' Kenny Rice. Presented by Spendthrift Farm, the Eclipse Awards will be broadcast live on TVG and RTN starting at 8 p.m. ET. It will also be available for live streaming on the following outlets: America's Best Racing's Facebook Page and Twitter feed, NTRA.com, XBTV's Facebook page, DRF.com, Bloodhorse.com, ThoroughbredDailyNews.com, Equibase.com, Breeders' Cup's Facebook page and YouTube channel, MyRacehorse's Facebook page and YouTube channel, and TOBA.org.

America’s Best Racing presents a live streaming show on Saturday to kick off our Road to the Derby series for 2021. Hosted by Dan Tordjman, Matt Bernier and Ren Carothers, the first installment of “Santa Anita: Road to the Derby” focuses on the Robert B. Lewis Stakes and other action from The Great Race Place. The show will start at 6 p.m. ET and can be viewed on ABR's Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube channels as well as Santa Anita's Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube channels.

The new “Always Be Racing” live streaming show scheduled returns this Friday, Jan. 29, during Happy Hour. Hosted by BlackJack Fletcher, the show begins at 4 p.m. ET. “Always Be Racing” can be viewed on ABR's Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube channels as well as BlackJack Fletcher's Twitter account.
