Top with two ounces each of club soda and ginger ale, then add two dashes of Angostura bitters. Give your cocktail a stir, then sip and enjoy!

Millionaire

March's libation was the Millionaire, and OBC Kitchen shows us the recipe: start with ice to a Collins glass, then add one egg white. Next, pour in four ounces of E.H. Taylor Jr. Small Batch and combine with 1.5 ounces of Grand Marnier. Add four dashes of your favorite absinthe, half-ounce of grenadine, and a half-ounce of lemon juice. Shake well with ice, then remove the ice and shake again. Then strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and enjoy!

Buffalo Julep

April’s treat was the Buffalo Julep, perfect for the Kentucky Derby: place mint leaves in a rocks glass, then add one tablespoon of sugar and muddle. Fill the glass with crushed ice, then add three ounces of Buffalo Trace Bourbon. Stir vigorously, and then top off the glass with more crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint, serve, and enjoy your Buffalo Julep!

Old Fashioned

May’s drink was the Old Fashioned: In a rocks glass, combine one tablespoon of simple syrup and two dashes of Angostura bitters; add ice, then stir. Rub an orange peel around the rim of the glass, and then add the peel to the cocktail. Pour two ounces of Buffalo Trace into the rocks glass and stir. Garnish with one maraschino cherry and a swizzle stick, then sip and enjoy!

Manhattan

June’s treat was the classic Manhattan: Pour two ounces of Blanton’s bourbon into a pitcher; add one ounce of Italian vermouth and two dashes of Angostura bitters. Fill the pitcher with ice, then stir. Strain the liquid into a martini glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry, and then enjoy your Manhattan!

Gold Rush

July’s libation was the Gold Rush: In a Collins glass, carefully combine two tablespoons of honey and two tablespoons of boiling water, then stir briskly until the honey is dissolved. Then add four ounces of Eagle Rare Bourbon and two ounces of lemon juice and stir again. Fill the glass with ice and shake vigorously, then strain the cocktail into a rocks glass with ice. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your Gold Rush!

The Paper Plane

August’s drink was the Paper Plane: start with three-quarters of an ounce of Blanton’s Bourbon in a Collins glass; add three-quarters of an ounce of Amaro Nonino and three-quarters of an ounce of Aperol and three-quarters of an ounce of lemon juice.
