Bracket Buster finished third in his career debut in August 2024 and then was unplaced in his second start the following month, both in sprints. He improved when stretching out around two turns to 1 1/16 miles Oct. 9 at Keeneland, dueling for the lead in his third race and battling gamely to prevail by a half-length.
Trainer Victoria Oliver then entered the Vekoma colt in the Grade 3 Street Sense Stakes Oct. 27 at Churchill Downs and he finished fifth, nine lengths behind winner Sovereignty, in his stakes debut.

Bracket Buster made his 3-year-old debut coming off a five-month layoff in the Grade 3 $400,000 Lexington Stakes going 1 1/16 miles at Keeneland on April 12, 2025, and recorded a clear second-place finish in a seven-horse field.
Bracket Buster won the $162,000 Pegasus Stakes at Monmouth Park by seven lengths on June 14, and then returned to Monmouth for the running of the Grade 1 $1 million Haskell Stakes on July and finished fourth.
Bracket Buster made his nest start in the Grade 1 $1.25 million DraftKings Travers Stakes on Aug. 23 at Saratoga and finished a distant second behind Sovereignty.
Stakes winner Spring Dance, by Dance With Ravens, is the dam (mother) of Bracket Buster.
