For more than two decades, thanks to extraordinary support from the Thoroughbred industry and the Florida Department of Corrections, this unique program has been “Saving Horses and Changing Lives.” With the success of each graduate, the ripple effect on friends, family, colleagues and neighbors in society is beyond measure.
