Notable horses trained by Eurton include Grade 1 winner Weemissfrankie and Grade 2 winners Madame Cactus and My Gi Gi. He also trained Grade 1 Blue Grass Stakes winner Dance With Fate who became his first Kentucky Derby runner when finishing sixth of 19 in the 2014 Kentucky Derby after a poor trip.

Eurton picked up his first Breeders' Cup win with Champagne Room in the 14 Hands Winery Juvenile Fillies on Nov. 5, 2016. He added a second Breeders' Cup victory to his tally when Storm the Court upset the TVG Juvenile at odds of 45-1 in 2019.
