Claret Beret, a 5-year-old mare by Not This Time, delivered a dominant performance in the Apple Blossom Handicap, drawing clear by 4 ½ lengths over heavily favored 2025 Eclipse Award champion Nitrogen at Oaklawn Park. She earned a career-best 114 for her 1 ¾-length victory in the Giant’s Causeway Stakes Presented by Keeneland Select on Sunday at Keeneland. After finishing ninth in the Pegasus World Cup Filly and Mare Turf Invitational Stakes Presented by Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance to start her 5-year-old campaign, In Our Time rebounded sharply with the return to a turf sprint, securing her first career graded stakes victory. The performance moved her to 11th in the older female division and vaulted her up the overall Equibase leaderboard to 60th.
