Ragtime won her career debut at first asking with a 3-year-old maiden win at Saratoga on June 6, 2025. She quickly improved her record to 2-for-2 with an allowance win back at Saratoga on July 5.
Ragtime was ready for a move up against stakes company in her third lifetime outing which came in the Grade 1 $500,000 Test Stakes going seven furlongs at Saratoga on August 2 and she did well there with a good second-place finish by a neck.

Following her first career defeat in the Test Stakes, Ragtime wasted no time getting back into the winner's circle in her next start in the Grade 3 $300,000 Dogwood Stakes presented by Resolute Racing going seven furlongs at Churchill Downs on Sept. 20. Sent off as the 0.98-1 favorite atop a seven-horse field of 3-year-old fillies in the Dogwood, Ragtime came from off the pace and easily took care of business to win by 2 1/4 lengths with jockey Junior Alvarado aboard.
Ragtime is trained by Bill Mott. She was bred in Kentucky by the sire Union Rags out of the mare Burmilla by Storm Cat.
