A Boston native, Cynthia was raised primarily in Los Angeles and inherited a lifelong love of horse racing through the enthusiasm of her late father. She graduated with a B.A. in Theater, which lead to work in New York and the opportunity to experience her biggest racing thrill of watching Secretariat win the Belmont. For the past 10 years she has been employed by Santa Anita Park in various capacities, and has written several articles for racing blogs.
