The upcoming weekend in Thoroughbred racing is one of the busiest and most important of the year, highlighted by three big events on Saturday, March 28: the Dubai World Cup card at Meydan Racecourse; a huge day of racing and betting at Gulfstream Park anchored by the Florida Derby Presented by Hill ‘n’ Dale Farms at Xalapa; and Oaklawn Park’s marquee race, the Arkansas Derby. The Florida Derby and Arkansas Derby are both 200-point preps for the 152nd Kentucky Derby Presented by Woodford Reserve.

The $12 million Dubai World Cup Sponsored by Emirates Airline and a stakes-rich undercard will be held for the 30th time Saturday – as of this writing, with ongoing conflict in the Middle East potentially changing plans at any time. The races will be showcased on a FOX Sports broadcast Saturday morning, with the Dubai World Cup featuring international superstar Forever Young scheduled to run at 12:45 p.m. ET. Saturday races from Dubai will also air on FanDuel TV.

The 75th Florida Derby will be broadcast live on NBCSN and streamed on Peacock during a one-hour show that’s part of NBC Sports’ 1/ST Racing Tour, with a post time set for 6:42 p.m. ET. FanDuel TV will also televise the Florida Derby along with the rest of a stacked Saturday card at Gulfstream including nine other stakes.

The 90th Arkansas Derby will also be showcased on FOX Sports as part of “America’s Day at the Races” Saturday afternoon along with other races from Oaklawn Park and Aqueduct. The Arkansas Derby has a post time set for 7:48 p.m. ET. “America’s Day at the Races” airs Thursday, March 26 through Sunday, March 29 this week – check the below schedule for channels and times.

FanDuel TV will also show the Arkansas Derby and racing from numerous other tracks daily including Laurel Park, Santa Anita Park, and Turfway Park, which concludes its winter-spring meet Saturday.

Horse racing from tracks around the world is available to subscribers on Racetrack Television Network (RTN), which can be livestreamed on all devices (computer, tablet and smartphone) and on TV via DISH Network, Amazon Fire and Roku.

America’s Best Racing presents two livestreams this week focusing on the racing action in Dubai and Florida. First up is our “Dubai World Cup Preview Show” presented by NYRA Bets and streaming Thursday at 8 p.m. ET. Hosted by Alexa Zepp, Ren Carothers, and Maddy Playle, the show will feature special guests including owners, trainers, and jockeys participating in the Dubai World Cup Carnival. It streams on ABR’s Facebook, X, and YouTube channels.

Then on Saturday, ABR will produce a “Road to the Derby LIVE! Curlin Florida Derby” show presented by Gulfstream Park and hosted by Dan Tordjman and Ryan Anderson with several special guests. The livestream, focusing on Gulfstream’s late Saturday races, has a start time of 5 p.m. ET and will air on ABR’s Facebook, X, Instagram, and YouTube channels.
