Stradale made his second career start on turf Aug. 16, 2026, in the Grade 3 Mahony Stakes and earned his first graded stakes win in the Grade 3 event. The 3-year-old Yaupon colt began his career on dirt and made eight consecutive starts on that surface with two stakes placings before moving to turf during the 2026 Saratoga summer meet.
In turf sprints, Stradale finished a solid fourth at high odds in the Grade 3 Quick Call Stakes at Saratoga July 19, and took another step forward in Saratoga's Grade 3 Mahony Stakes, stalking the early leader, taking over in early stretch under Jose Ortiz, and holding off a late charge from Oscar’s Hope to prevail by a neck.
Stradale next switched back to the dirt and recorded his second straight graded stakes win with a victory in the Grade 2 $400,000 Gallant Bob Stakes going six furlongs at Parx on Sept. 19, topping a nine-horse field by a winning margin of 1 1/4 lengths.
Trained by Steve Asmussen, Stradale is out of the Stormy Atlantic mare Twitterpated, who is a full sister to turf Grade 1 winner Stormy Lucy.
