Kappa Kappa won her career debut outing as a 3-year-old with a 9 3/4-length victory in a six-furlong maiden race at Parx on July 24, 2025. She finished second in an allowance optional claiming race at Parx in her second start and then came right back to score her second win by six lengths in her next race, a Pa.-bred allowance race going 6 1/2 furlongs at Parx on Sept. 19.

Sent off as a 27-1 longshot in a 10-horse field in the Raven Run under jockey John Velazquez, Kappa Kappa proved herself worthy of trainer Robert "Butch" Reid's confidence with a game head victory over Vodka With a Twist after getting hooked in a three-way and then a two-way duel for the lead all the way.
