Bio
Jas began his career racing on the grass for trainer Steve Asmussen, winning one of his first three races in summer 2026. The victory was a four-length win in a one-mile maiden special weight race Aug. 29, 2026, at Kentucky Downs.
Switched to the main track for his fourth start, Jas pressed the pace and earned a hard-fought win by a neck in the $200,000 Street Sense Stakes, a qualifying points race for the 2027 Kentucky Derby.

Produced by the unraced Giant’s Causeway mare Flag Day, Jas is a half-brother (same dam [mother], different sire [father]) to graded stakes winner Hall of Fame.
