Iron Orchard made her career debut July 3, 2025, in a maiden special weight race for New York-bred 2-year-old fillies at Saratoga Race Course. The dark bay or brown filly by Authentic led from start to finish in a 5 ½-length runaway victory under Joel Rosario.
Trainer Danny Gargan next tested Iron Orchard in the Seeking the Ante Stakes, a six-furlong race restricted to New York-breds, and she handled the class test with aplomb in a front-running 6 ¾-length romp.

She showed a new dimension by rating off the pace in the win and cemented her credentials as a top contender for the NetJets Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Oct. 31 at Del Mar.
