Fashionably Fab

Throughout her career, Fashionably Fab has made it fashionable to fabulously dominate her Canadian competition. Beginning with her 2-year-old season in 2022 and throughout 2023, Fashionably Fab racked up a total of seven wins including five stakes wins versus Onterio-bred competition at Woodbine and at Fort Erie. Her stakes wins during that time included three victories on Woodbine's all-weather track, one win on Woodbine's turf, and one win on Fort Erie's dirt track.

Fashionably Fab stepped out into open company into a graded stakes for the first time in her 4-year-old debut outing in the Grade 3 $135,000 Belle Mahone Stakes going 1 1/16 miles on the Woodbine main track on June 1, 2024. Even open company graded stakes competition could not slow Fashionably Fab's roll. Sent off as the 7-1 fourth choice on the tote board in a field of eight fillies and mares in the Belle Mahone, Fashionably Fab could not be caught on her way to a nose victory.

After finishing third on Woodbine's all-weather track in the Grade 3 Trillium Stakes and finishing fourth in the Grade 2 Canadian Stakes on Woodbine's turf course in the summer of 2024, Fashionably Fab once again was able to find the winner's circle in the graded stakes spot when she took the Grade 3 $150,000 Ontario Matron Stakes going 1 1/16 miles on the all-weather surface on Sept. 14. She made a 12th-to-1st rallying move to get up and win by a length atop a 14-horse field.

Fashionably Fab is trained by Kevin Attard. She was bred in Onterio Canada by the Japanese sire Silent Name out of the mare Flashy's Legacy by Curlin.
