Chi Town Lady won her first two starts for owner and co-breeder Castleton Lyons and trainer Wesley Ward, taking a 4 ½-furlong maiden in spring 2021 at Keeneland and then winning the listed Bolton Landing Stakes at Saratoga going 5 ½ furlongs on turf at Saratoga.
She then endured a four-race losing streak heading into summer 2022, finishing off the board in three consecutive stakes races – one on turf and two on dirt – before showing signs she was rounding back into form with a runner-up finish in a six-furlong allowance optional claiming race at Churchill Downs on May 19.

Chi Town Lady is out of the winning and stakes-placed Harlan’s Holiday mare Toni’s Hollyday.
