Monti Carlo

Monti Carlo is a chef instructor, TV host, and speaker. She hosts Food Network’s “Help My Yelp” and judges on some of the network’s most popular shows, including “Next Food Network Star,” “Cooks vs. Cons,” and “Chopped Junior.” Chef Monti is also a spokesperson for KitchenAid and a chef instructor for Common Threads, a non-profit that teaches underserved children to cook wholesome and affordable meals. In 2012, Monti took herself from a down-and-out single mom on a $10 a day budget to a six-figure income when she placed in the top five on Gordon Ramsay’s “MasterChef.” She shares her inspiring story at corporate events and colleges nationwide.
