Erin O’Keefe is a Detroit native and lifelong lover of horses, who grew up reading anything equine related from books to the BloodHorse to the local newspapers for the Kentucky Derby and Breeders’ Cup. She moved to Lexington in 2010 to study Equine Science and has since immersed herself in the Thoroughbred industry. O’Keefe currently is the director of operations for Taste of Victory Stables, a low-cost racing syndicate that is focused on bringing new owners into the industry.
