Chanel Minnifield is an actor, equestrian, TV host, entrepreneur, golfer, and former gymnast and cheerleader who is currently training for the 2024 Thoroughbred Makeover with OTTB Digital Soldier, aka “Digi,” and as an equestrian for the 2028 Olympics.
A native of Lexington, Ky., and a graduate of the University of Louisville, Chanel began acting at age 14 and has credits in films including “Rustin,” television credits including “Jane the Virgin,” and TV commercials. She also hosts the vegan cooking show “Yes! That’s Vegan” streaming on the Taste on TV Network.

Chanel volunteers with Equine Therapy programs and participates in charitable endeavors to expose underprivileged children to sports including Equestrian, Golf, Swimming, and Diving.
