#TheAction: Back Class

Looking at layoffs and a horse’s form cycle on The Action in recent weeks, the moral was this: Don’t shy away from betting a horse just because they didn’t run well, first or even second off a layoff.

That’s especially true if the horse has back-class… meaning they’ve won or performed well in bigger races in the past.

You’ll get a much clearer picture of a horse’s ability if you go BACK and look at the entire body of their work.

We’ll talk about the correct way to do that… next time on The Action.
