Norm Casse is the son of Mark Casse, a Canadian Hall of Fame trainer. As his father’s longtime assistant, Norm helped foster the careers of superstars such as Classic Empire and Tepin.
Norm went out on his own in 2018 and earned his first career win with Tiznoble on May 10, 2018 at Churchill Downs. He picked up his first graded stakes win on June 15, 2019, when Hard Legacy captured the Grade 3 Regret Stakes at Churchill Downs.
