Based at Fair Hill Training Center in Elkton, Md., Arnaud Delacour trains horses for multiple owners, including Roy and Gretchen Jackson's Lael Stables.
A native of Normandy, France, Delacour was an assistant for Alain de Royer-Dupre before becoming Christophe Clement's assistant in California. He works closely with his wife, Leigh, an accomplished horseperson who also is a licensed trainer.

In 2007, Leigh Dealcour took out her trainer's license and earned her first stakes win with Fareena in 2008 at Woodbine. She also trained 2006 Kentucky Derby winner Barbaro's full brother Lentenor to a stakes win in 2012.
Arnaud Delacour took out his trainer's license in 2013 and picked up his first stakes win that year at Delaware Park with Margano. He made Breeders' Cup debut in 2014 with Ageless - his first career graded stakes winner - who finished fourth in the Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint.
Arnaud Delacour won the 2015 Coolmore Lexington Stakes with the Jacksons' homebred Divining Rod, who is on target to become Delacour's first starter in a Triple Crown race in the Preakness Stakes where he finished third.
