Town and Country Farms is the Thoroughbred racing and breeding operation of mother-daughter pair Louise and Kiki Courtelis, located near Georgetown, Ky. The farm was once a leading racing Arabian breeding and training operation before relocating to Kentucky from Florida and phasing out Arabians starting in 2005.

Town and Country Farms has been active at sales in recent years, acquiring such top-tier broodmare prospects as Agave Kiss, Cluster of Stars and Upperline as well as racemare Stopchargingmaria. Stopchargingmaria remained in training with Todd Pletcher won the 2015 Breeders' Cup Distaff.
