Generation Next: Horse Racing Kings Bring Youthful Passion to Preakness

Meet Brendan Yates, Owen Metwally, and Marcus Hakewill, three teenage racing fans and close friends dedicated to sharing the sport of horse racing with younger generations. The self-described Horse Racing Kings grew up together in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and traveled to Maryland for the May 16 Preakness Stakes at Laurel Park to engage with the Thoroughbred racing community and shine a positive light on the sport.
