The upcoming weekend in Thoroughbred racing expands to an international scale with a multimillion-dollar racecard scheduled to be held Saturday, Feb. 14, in Saudi Arabia. Two Kentucky Derby Presented by Woodford Reserve qualifying races are also on the calendar in the U.S., and several tracks will be running on the President’s Day holiday, Monday, Feb. 16.

A stellar field headlined by Japanese superstar and 2025 Longines Breeders’ Cup Classic winner Forever Young is set to contest the $20 million Saudi Cup Saturday at King Abdulaziz Racecourse in Riyadh. The Saudi Cup plus undercard races will be broadcast live on FOX Sports as part of an expanded “America’s Day at the Races” show, with the Saudi Cup post time set for 12:40 p.m. ET. The Saudi Cup card will also be televised on FanDuel TV.

Stateside on the road to Kentucky Derby 152, the Fasig-Tipton Risen Star Stakes at Fair Grounds on Saturday will air on FanDuel TV, as will the Sunland Park Derby Sunday, Feb. 15. That network will also show live racing from tracks such as Santa Anita Park, Gulfstream Park, and Turfway Park as part of their comprehensive daily package.

In addition to expanded coverage on Saturday, NYRA’s “America’s Day at the Races” airs on Friday, Feb. 13, Sunday, and President’s Day on FOX Sports focusing on Aqueduct and Oaklawn Park and with additional coverage of Tampa Bay Downs and Laurel Park.
