Nothing Better is a sprinter who did not run out of the money once in a nine-race span from July 25, 2021, up through Nov. 25, 2022, when he won the $150,000 Aqueduct Turf Sprint Championship Stakes. During that time, he won on five other occasions including a victory on the Rainbow Heir Stakes at Monmouth Park on Aug. 14, 2022. In the Aqueduct Turf Sprint Championship, Nothing Better topped a field of 10 horses after assuming command early and fending off several challengers late in the stretch to preserve a half-length victory, running the six furlongs on turf in a time of 1:07.61.
