Nay Lady Nay, an Irish-bred 3-year-old No Nay Never filly, finished fourth in her career debut for owners First Row Partners and Hidden Brook Farm in June 2019 but won her next start by 2 ¼ lengths at Monmouth Park in August.
She returned in an allowance optional claiming race at Belmont Park in September and finished second by a length, and then shipped to Parx Racing for her stakes debut in the Oct. 7 Parx Fall Oaks. Nay Lady Nay won that race by 2 ¼ lengths.

Nay Lady Nay took another class jump in the Nov. 29, 1 1/16-mile Grade 3 Regret Stakes at Churchill Downs. Facing a tough field, the filly settled in a stalking position under Junior Alvarado and rallied strongly to split horses in deep stretch and pick up her first graded stakes victory by a half-length.
Nay Lady Nay returned from a six-month layoff in the Grade 3 Old Forester Mint Julep Stakes May 30, 2020, at Churchill Downs and finished eighth, but she was beaten by only two lengths in the race. She followed with a half-length victory when rallying from 6 1/2 lengths off the pace in the Grade 3 WinStar Matchmaker Stakes July 18 at Monmouth Park.
Hidden Brook Farm bought Nay Lady Nay for $210,000 as a 2-year-old at the Ocala Breeders’ Co. March sale in Florida.
