DiLorenzo grew up in New Jersey and never missed a chance to spend time with his father in the Saratoga Race Course Clubhouse, the Belmont Park paddock, and the Suffern, N.Y. OTB. DiLorenzo received the best education a young man could get, working 10 summers on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. He went to Arizona State University and now works in finance and is an avid follower of the NYRA circuit.
