Amplify Horse Racing has announced the launch of the Amplify Impact Campaign, a transformative initiative aimed at raising $1 million to engage youth across the nation with horse racing. As a pioneering force in promoting youth involvement through education, mentorship, and career pathways, the campaign will significantly extend Amplify’s reach and impact as the national youth arm of the Thoroughbred industry.

To understand how well jockey Frankie Dettori has embraced racing and riding in the United States, it only takes one sentence.

"I should have done this 10 years ago," Dettori said.

Devon Bradley, who works at Bradley Thoroughbreds alongside her father, Peter, didn’t initially have her sights on a career in the racing industry. Upon graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University, where she played soccer, the Kentucky native moved to Boston to sell exchange-traded funds for State Street Global Advisors.

Stickney and Cicero, Ill., are neighboring suburbs that hug the west side of Chicago. Stickney is home to Hawthorne Race Course. Cicero is the headquarters of J. Sterling Morton High School District 201, which serves approximately 8,000 students from Cicero and surrounding communities.
