The Belmont Stakes – the third and final jewel of Thoroughbred racing’s Triple crown – is on the move. Fox Sports has reached a deal to broadcast the Belmont Stakes beginning in 2023 in an agreement announced Jan. 5 and first reported by John Ourand of Sports Business Journal.

The votes have all been counted and the results are in for the third-annual America’s Best Racing’s Fan Choice Awards!  The 2021 voting period saw 10 hotly-contest categories ranging from your favorite bet to favorite food to this year’s favorite rider. Without further ado, here are the winners of the 2021 Fan Choice Awards as selected by you, the fans.

Favorite All-Time Filly or Mare

Horse racing fans have spoken, and they have chosen Hot Rod Charlie, the gutsy 3-year-old colt who was a force along the Triple Crown trail, as the winner of the 2021 Secretariat Vox Populi Award. Created by Secretariat’s owner Penny Chenery, the award annually recognizes the horse whose popularity and racing excellence best resounded with the general public and gained recognition for Thoroughbred racing.

Tune in at 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Dec. 14, as hosts Julie Stewart-Binks (Fubo TV) and ABR's Dan Tordjman announce the winners in all 10 categories in the 2021 Fan Choice Awards.
