The Horse Racing Women’s Summit, which has quickly grown into an important international event, will return to Santa Anita Park for the third time on Sept. 25-26. The HRWS Executive Committee also announced an ambitious schedule of events nationwide to keep the conversation going throughout the year. The HRWS believes that engaging, elevating, and investing in women will transform horse racing.

• December 2024 Global Symposium on Racing & Gaming - Tucson, Ariz.

April 18, 2024 - Lexington, Ky.

Gather at Keeneland for an event that will include speakers, an opportunity to collaborate with fellow attendees and an afternoon of racing. There will be an option to “stay and play” on April 19.

July 23, 2024 - Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

The HRWS community will convene in Saratoga Springs for an engaging and educational day of networking, speakers, and events. There will be an option to “stay and play” to attend racing on July 24.

Sept. 25-26, 2024 - Arcadia, Calif.

The 3rd annual Horse Racing Women’s Summit will take place at Santa Anita Park. The HRWS community will gather for speakers, networking, and collaborative in-depth discussions. There will be an option to “stay and play” for a day of racing on Sept. 27.

Oct. 31, 2024 - Del Mar, Calif.

An engaging get-together at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club during the week of Breeders’ Cup. The focus will be on handicapping during the race day - and we bet there will be a contest involved!

December 2024 - Tucson, Ariz.

We return to Tucson for the third year in a row to gather with the University of Arizona Race Track Industry Program students and industry professionals at the 50th Global Symposium on Racing and Gaming. 

“2024 is going to be another incredible year for the HRWS community,” said HRWS Chair, Stephanie Hronis. “Our executive committee and volunteers are working hard to pull together another series of great events across the country in addition to growing the membership and tackling the other priorities identified at the 2023 Summit. We look forward to fostering opportunities to engage, elevate and invest in women to transform our sport of horse racing.”
