Swayin to and Fro is a multiple Stakes winner on the Maryland circuit as a 3-year-old in 2022 and a 4-year-old in 2023. During the sophomore season in 2022, Swayin to and Fro went from maiden winner on May 26 at Pimlico, to stakes winner of such events as the Shine Again Stakes on Sept. 10 at Pimlico, the Safely Kept Stakes on Nov. 26 at Laurel Park, and the Willa on the Move Stakes on Dec. 30 at Laurel. All told in a 12-race 3-yearpold campaign in 2022, Swayin to and Fro won six times.

Swayin to and Fro earned the first graded stakes win of her career in her second start as a 4-year-old when taking the Grade 3 $250,000 Barbara Fritchie Stakes on Feb. 18, 2023, at Laurel. Sent off as the 6-1 fourth-choice on the tote board in the Fritchie, Swayin to and Fro battled for the lead, shook clear in the stretch, and then held on to prevail by a half a length in a seven-furlong winning time of 1:23.75 atop an eight-horse field.
Swayin to and Fro is trained by Mario Seray Jr. She was bred in South Carolina by the sire Straight Talking out of the mare Jungle Lady by Warrior's Reward.
