Overlooked by bettors at odds of 24-1 in his next start, the son of Albaugh Family Stables-owned Brody’s Cause flashed his talent again against tougher competition, rallying from well off the pace to win the Grade 3 Iroquois Stakes Presented by Ford by 2 ½ lengths on Sept. 5 at Churchill Downs. Sittin On Go earned an automatic berth in the TVG Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Presented by Thoroughbred Aftercare on Nov. 6 at Keeneland and earned 10 qualifying points for the 2021 Kentucky Derby Presented by Woodford Reserve. The Iroquois, held on the postponed 2020 Kentucky Derby undercard, kicks off the Road to the Kentucky Derby qualifying series.
Sittin On Go is out of the winning and stakes-placed More Than Ready mare Set’n On Ready and is a relative of Louisiana Derby winner Comic Strip and English highweight Lucayan Prince.
