A Group 3 stakes winner in his native France, Sacred Life came to the United States to join the barn of trainer Chad Brown and ran second by a nose in the Lure Stakes in his stateside debut in August 2019. He followed with a runner-up finish in the Grade 2 Bernard Baruch Handicap before winning an allowance race in October at Keeneland. He closed out his 4-year-old season with a second-place finish in the Grade 2 Seabiscuit Handicap at Del Mar.

Sacred Life earned his first U.S. stakes win in August 2020 when he motored to a four-length runaway in the Oceanport Stakes. He picked up his first graded stakes win in this country when he closed powerfully to catch Field Pass at the finish line in a thrilling victory in the Grade 3 Knickerbocker Stakes Oct. 10, 2021 at Belmont Park.
Sacred Life made his 2022 debut in the Grade 1 Pegasus World Cup Turf Invitational Stakes Presented by Baccarat at Gulfstream Park on Jan. 29, 2022. He closed from last and was defeated by 2 1/2 lengths. After two more defeats in graded stakes company, he won the Grade 3 Monmouth Stakes at Monmouth Park on June 18 after stalking the early pace.
