Renegade Rebel was the winner of the Grade 3 $150,000 Mazarine Stakes for 2-year-old fillies on Nov. 26, 2022, at Woodbine. Renegade Rebel came into the Mazarine off of her maiden win in her previous race when she beat Woodbine maiden special weights in what was her fourth career try on Oct. 29. After finally getting off the maiden schneid, Renegade Rebel made it two wins in a row in the Mazarine. Sent off as the 1.15-1 favorite in a field of five. Renegade Rebel sprinted out to the lead and held on by a neck at the wire to cement the wire-to-wire win.
