Domain Expansion

Domain Expansion finished second at 20-1 odds in her 2-year-old career debut in a one-mile turf race at Del Mar on Sept. 5, 2026.

Domain Expansion exited the maiden race and made the move up right into stakes company in her second start in the Grade 2 $200,000 Oak Leaf Stakes presented by Oak Tree Racing Association with a switch to the dirt going 1 1/16 miles at Santa Anita on Oct. 3. Sent off as a 14.50-1 longshot in a field of six in the Oak Leaf, Domain Expansion exploded on the main track and blowing away the field by a seven-length winning margin. The Oak Leaf was a Breeders' Cup Challenge Series "Win and You're In" prep race, and with her win, Domain Expansion earned an automatic fees-paid berth into the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies on Oct. 30 at Keeneland.

Domain Expansion is trained by Leonard Powell. She was bred in Kentucky by the sire Speaker's Corner out of the mare Special You by Medaglia d'Oro.
