Brussels won his career debut May 24, 2025, at the Curragh in Ireland and then was tested against stakes competition. Four starts later, the Wooten Bassett colt finished second by three-parts of a length in the Group 1 Middle Park Stakes at Newmarket in England. In his next start, Brussels was denied by a nose in a Group 3 race Oct. 10 at Newmarket after finishing powerfully.
