Booked won his maiden race in his second lifetime start as a 2-year-old going 5 1/2 furlongs at Saratoga on June 7, 2026. He made his next start in the Grade 3 $225,000 Sanford Stakes going six furlongs back at Saratoga on July 4. Sent off as the heavy 1.37-1 favorite in a six-horse field in the Sanford, Booked went right to the front and dominated all the way enroute to a six-length victory. It was another 10 lengths back to the third-place horse.
