Beer Can Man, a Can the Man colt, began his racing career at Indiana Grand and broke his maiden in his third race at the track, a five-furlong turf sprint, by three quarters of a length on Aug. 31, 2020. He then won another five-furlong turf race in Indiana before being bought by Little Red Feather Racing and Sterling Stables and transferred to trainer Mark Glatt in California.
Glatt pointed Beer Can Man to the Grade 3 Cecil B. DeMille Stakes at Del Mar on Nov. 29, and the colt posted a game half-length victory in the one-mile turf race, his third win in a row.
