Beach Bomb was bred in South Africa and began her racing career there with a total of four wins including two South African Group 1 stakes races. Beach Bomb was brought to race in the United States as a 4-year-old in 2024 in the barn of trainer Graham Motion and was immediately placed in stakes company, where she earned in-the-money finishes in the $100,000 Violet Stakes at Monmouth and in the Grade 2 Rodeo Drive Stakes at Santa Anita. She concluded her 2024 season with an eighth-place finish in a 12-horse field in the Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Turf at Del Mar.

Beach Bomb returned as a 5-year-old and won her seasonal debut when able to go wire-to-wire in the Grade 3 $150,000 The Very One Stakes presented by MyRacehorse going 1 3/8 miles on the grass at Gulfstream Park on March 1, 2025. She then scored a repeat victory in her next start back at Gulfstream Park on March 29 when she again went wire-to-wire to win the Grade 3 $150,000 Orchid Stakes by a head going 1 1/2 miles on the turf atop a six-horse field.
