Alluring Angel won at first asking at Saratoga, taking a 5 ½-furlong turf sprint maiden race for 2-year-olds on Aug. 4, 2022. She nearly followed up with another win in her second outing, which came in the $500,000 Ainsworth Untapable Stakes at Kentucky Downs on Sept. 13. She recovered from a bad start in that 6 ½-furlong turf race but ultimately settled for second, just missing by a nose. Alluring Angel returned to New York to make her third career start in the Grade 2 Miss Grillo Stakes at Belmont at the Big A on Oct. 1.
Alluring Angel won at first asking at Saratoga, taking a 5 ½-furlong turf sprint maiden race for 2-year-olds on Aug. 4, 2022. She nearly followed up with another win in her second outing, which came in the $500,000 Ainsworth Untapable Stakes at Kentucky Downs on Sept. 13. She recovered from a bad start in that 6 ½-furlong turf race but ultimately settled for second, just missing by a nose. Alluring Angel returned to New York to make her third career start in the Grade 2 Miss Grillo Stakes at Belmont at the Big A on Oct. 1. Making her first stretchout attempt to a route distance at 1 1/16 miles, Alluring Angel finished fourth.
Alluring Angel made only a combined total of four starts during her 3-year-old and 4-year-old seasons in 2023 and 2024 and was victorious in two of those outings including a 3-year-old allowance win at Aqueduct on Nov. 13, 2023, and an allowance optional claiming win at Belmont at the Big A on June 20, 2024.
As a 5-year-old in 2025, Alluring made several starts at both Saratoga and Aqueduct. She finished third when beaten only a length in the Grade 3 Waya Stakes at Aqueduct going 1 3/8 miles on the turf on Oct. 5. Alluring Angel then followed that up with her first career stakes victory in the Grade 3 $250,000 Long Island Stakes going 1 3/8 miles on the turf at Aqueduct on Nov. 8 when she topped a 10-horse field in wire-to-wire fashion to win by 1 1/4 lengths.
Alluring Angel was bred in Great Britain by the sire Fastnet Rock out of the mare All of Me, by Teofilo. She is related to French Two Thousand Guineas winner Landseer and to Group 2 winner I Can Fly.
