Al Hudaiba (GB)

Godolphin homebred Al Hudaiba won his career debut as a 2-year-old at Newmarket in England on May 15, 2026. He then earned a pair of stakes wins at Newmarket including a Group 2 win in the Superlative Stakes going seven furlongs on July 11.

Al Hudaiba came over to North America for the first time in his sixth career start and was sent off as the 0.65-1 favorite in the $500,000 Grade 1 bet365 Summer going one mile on the turf at Woodbine on Sept. 12. Al Hudaiba came from off the pace to make his closing move in the stretch, wandered out into the center of the course, and was straightened out in time to score the victory by a margin of 1 3/4 lengths. The final time was 1:35.66 over firm turf. Trained by Charlie Appleby, Al Hudaiba earned an automatic fees-paid Breeders' Cup Challenge Series "Win and You're In" entry into the $1 million Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf to be run at Keeneland on Oct. 30.
