On Saturday, July 2, the first domestic “Win and You’re In” qualifying race for this fall’s $6 million Longines Breeders’ Cup Classic will be held at Churchill Downs, when the iconic Louisville track runs the 41st Stephen Foster Stakes.
Triple Crown season may be over, but the racing action for 3-year-old colts and geldings continues to sizzle. This Saturday marks the start of the 3-year-old summer racing season, as a field of eight will contest the $500,000, Grade 3 Ohio Derby at Thistledown, near Cleveland.
